Sansa's Story

Sansa is a lovely little lady who acts like the queen she is. She is very polite, and very careful with her murder mittens. She will patiently wait her turn for attention, then reward you with her large purr. She loves being held! Her favorite toys are strings. She enjoys playing with her brother Drago, or foster sisters Arya and Snow. Although gentle and calm with her humans, she can get rambunctious with her siblings. She would do well with another kitten to give her the confidence her brother provides.

Contra Costa Humane Society's Adoption Policy

CCHS has animals available for adoption through a number of different avenues. Many of our kittens and all dogs are cared for in loving foster homes until they are adopted. Teenage, adult, senior and special-needs cats reside at Kitty Corner, an on-site, private cat shelter where cats are allowed to free-roam at all times, lounge in sunny windows and on comfy cat towers, and play to their heart's galore. Similarly, we also have animals available for adoption through our Re-Homing Assistance Program, where we help to advertise animals that caregivers are no longer able to keep. If you are interested in meeting any of the animals listed on our website, please complete an adoption application unless otherwise noted! Our business office and Kitty Corner are located at 171 Mayhew Way, Suite 101 in Pleasant Hill, CA 94523. Kitty Corner houses adult, senior, and special-needs cats (sometimes teenage kittens).
