Sandy Ready for Her Forever Home <br/>Sandy has overcome a very difficult past and is now looking for the loving home she deserves.<br/>She was found sleeping in an abandoned car, sickly and extremely thin. A kind Samaritan brought her to safety and contacted the rescue. Sandy was immediately taken to a veterinarian, where she received treatment for a severe upper respiratory infection. She later underwent dental surgery and had several teeth extracted.<br/>With the dedication of her wonderful foster family, Sandy was nursed back to health. Today, we are happy to say that she is thriving and has blossomed into a healthy, happy cat.<br/>Estimated to be 78 years old, Sandy is incredibly friendly and affectionate female Calico cat .We believe she may have once been a house cat who was abandoned outdoors, as she absolutely loves people and enjoys attention from everyone she meets.<br/>Sandy loves being petted, lounging in sunny spots, and bird-watching from the window.
