This is a common issue in cats with severe untreated eye infections because the tear duct and surrounding tissue becomes permanently altered due to scarring. <br/><br/>Sandy is a wonderful cat who loves spending time with people, and is easy going around cats, dogs, rabbits and more. She and her sister are so wonderful and social that they help assess new incoming dogs for cat sociability.
