Meet Sandy! Sandy is a sweet domestic shorthaired tabby born around 7/24/2025. She has the perfect balance of independence and affection — she enjoys exploring and playing on her own, but also loves spending time with her people and furry friends. Sandy is playful, funny, and endlessly entertaining. Her favorite toys include golf balls, springs, electronic toys, or really anything she can bat around — even a tiny speck of dirt or a bug will keep her busy! She’s great with other cats and dogs and absolutely loves cuddling with her foster dog. She never swats or shows aggression, just pure playful, loving energy. During the day, Sandy loves to nap in sunny spots, and at night, she can’t wait to curl up for cuddles, purring contentedly like a little motorboat to show her happiness. She’s also a foodie who comes running when she hears the sound of her food bowl, and she has a fascination with running water — she’ll happily drink right from the faucet if it’s on! Sandy is litter box trained, social, and easygoing. She would do well in any home, including those with children or other pets, and is a wonderful fit for first-time cat owners looking for a playful, loving companion.
