Sandy is vocal with a curious, trilling chirp. As soon as the humans come home, she likes to follow them around. Sandy is a little snuggle buddy and enjoys watching tv on laps. She is a good listener and follows the family to bed when they say it’s time to go to sleep. Sandy likes to sleep by knees or feet. Sandy gets along well with the resident cats and dog. Sandy would be best adopted with my sister, Frenchy. Sandy's adoption donation is $200 which includes core vaccinations (age appropriate), microchip & spay/neuter, a second kitten is $150 *HWMAR presents the information in these bios based on our foster observations and any information presented to us regarding prior living conditions, breed specifications. While we aim to be as accurate as possible, each animal is individual and their behaviors and personalities can change in different surroundings. Congratulations on deciding to rescue an animal in need. Everything we do for these animals is based on helping them find a great forever home and we are excited for the lucky animal that you will welcome into your home. Requirements for Adoption *You must be over 21 to adopt *You must fill out either a Cat Adoption Application or a Dog Adoption Application *All resident animals must be up to date on shots and have been altered (or a vet letter as to why they are not altered). *All members of the household must be in agreement to adopt an animal. *All members of the household are required to be at the meet and greet prior to final adoption. *You are required to have your animal spayed or neutered per IL state Law. Failure to do so will result in the relinquishment of your animal back to HWMAR. ** ** PER IL STATE LAW (225 ILCS 605/3.3), you are REQUIRED to have your animal spayed or neutered within 14 days of being deemed healthy by a licensed veterinarian. This is Non-Negotiable.
