Sanders is a confident cat who knows exactly what he wants. He enjoys affection and will happily soak up head rubs and love-on his terms. When he's done, he's done, and he'd love a human who understands when it's time to lounge solo and just be a loaf on the couch. He's also incredibly food-motivated and won't hesitate to beg (adorably) for snacks and treats. <br/><br/>Sanders is FIV-positive (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but don't let that scare you! FIV+ cats can live long, healthy lives with regular vet care, and the virus is only transmitted through deep bite wounds or mating-neither of which are a concern for this mellow guy. He can safely live with FIV-negative cats in a peaceful home. Sanders also has Feline Stomatitis, a manageable condition that causes inflammation in the mouth.
