Samson 's Story

Samson was dumped at a Motel 6 (according the the manager there), he had been there a couple of months when a good samaritan staying there discovered him limping around the building and brought him into her room. He had an injured paw but was so sweet, great with her kids and very happy to have a cozy bed to lay in...

The good samaritan contacted us and told her where she had left him, all about how well he did with her - and she was desperate for someone to go rescue him as she couldn't take him with her. We found him a couple of days later in the parking lot holding his paw up, trying to get attention from someone in car parked there.

We scooped him up and took him to the vet where they treated the paw and neutered him. He's now in foster, all fixed up, and doing great! He's about 2 years old - and very social. He's good with other cats, he showed no reaction to dogs. He's just a big striped lover (he weighs 11 lbs) who wants a soft place to land! He would likely do best as an indoor/outdoor cat as he does love to go out for a few hours a day - we think he'd likely been both indoor and out before being left at the motel! Can you give this big boy a couch to hang out on?
