Sammy, her siblings, and her mama all came into rescue from outdoors in the Burlington area. There were around 15 total cats feeding in the area. Due to being born and originally living outdoors, Sammy can take a little bit of patience to feel comfortable. Once comfortable, you'll find that Sammy loves to run zoomies, be pet, eat (who doesn't?!), and play with her toys. She has not lived with children or dogs but we do believe she would adjust with very soft introductions. Sammy & her sister Princess are BFFs!Our adoption process is simple, relationship-centered, and provides supportive education. You can expect your adoption interest to go like this:<br/>1. Submit your electronic form<br/>2. An AEL representative will contact you to schedule a phone call or adoption counsel session.<br/>3. Come to your adoption counsel session to meet the pet you're interested in and ready to take them home with you (dependent on the pet, some need more than one meet)<br/>4.
