Sammy's Story

Sammy is very loving and loyal. He loves to snuggle with you in the bed or on the couch. He is about 7 years old. He is eager to please in return for a treat. He knows several basic tricks.but is as playful as a kitten. He has feline asthma that is managed with a steroid shot and may need follow up care/maintenance for that. He is neutered, vaccinated, FIV negative, and microchipped. Small adoption fee and vet references required. Contact us if you are interested in Sammy and we'll send you the adoption application! Fancy is being fostered in Cocoa Beach area.

Cat Whispurrer's Adoption Policy

When contacted by a potential adopters, a pre-screening process is done to ensure the cat the person is interested would be a good match or to suggest other potential matches. Then the person is directed to complete the adoption application. A meet and greet is done. If all parties agree it is a good match between cat and adopter then an adoption agreement is completed with the adoption fee and the cat is released to the adopter to go to their new home.

Our Mission

Our mission is to find homes for street cats and young feral cats. Through trapping, veterinary care and socializing, we prepare cats for their furrever homes and match them with potential adopters. We also aim to decrease the feral cat population through trap-neuter-release efforts and feral cat colony management.
