Sammy's Story

✨ Meet Sammy — Our Comeback King ✨

If you’ve ever wondered what pure orange‑cat energy looks like, allow us to introduce Sammy. He’s a tiny whirlwind of chaos and charm with a permanently perplexed expression, as if he’s still trying to understand how the world works… and honestly, same.

Sammy didn’t get the easy start he deserved. Born to an irresponsible owner and passed along under the claim that he was “healthy,” he arrived in such poor condition that a veterinarian recommended euthanasia. Thankfully, the person who brought him in refused to give up on him — and called us instead.

From there, Sammy began the uphill climb of his little life. We fought to get him over 2 pounds so he could safely be dewormed, treated for ear mites, and vaccinated. Every ounce gained felt like a victory. And Sammy? He fought right alongside us.

Today, he’s unrecognizable from the fragile kitten we first met. He’s thriving, rambunctious, robust, and absolutely full of personality. He zooms. He pounces. He stares at you like you’ve just asked him to solve advanced physics. He is, in short, perfect.

Now Sammy is ready for the next chapter — a forever family who will love him as fiercely as he loves life.

If you’re looking for a kitten with a survivor’s heart, a comedian’s timing, and the kind of spirit that brightens a home, Sammy might just be your guy.

💛 Apply to adopt Sammy and give this little miracle the future he fought so hard for.
Because Sammy is a kitten, we do require that she be adopted with another kitten if there is not already a young in the house (under 5 years old.) He is adoptable through Snaptcats.org and his foster home is located in Woodville, WI
