Samantha's Story

Meet the sweet and quiet, Samantha. Samantha is our shy girl with a “generous” body condition but really there’s just more of her to love! She can typically be found hiding in a cave the bottom of the cat tree but she will come out to visit if you promise her pets and attention. Samantha came into SBAR’s care with her more outgoing sister, Cuddles, after their owner died and the animals were left alone without care for several weeks. Amazingly both girls are super sweet and loving and are looking for their forever home. <br/>Samantha is 8 years old, spayed, UTD on vaccines and FIV/FeLV negative. <br/><br/>If you are looking for a sweet senior with impressive whiskers to complete your family then consider bring Samantha into your life

Shreveport Bossier Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Start by completing our adoption application online at sbanimalrescue.org/adopt If you have current/previous pets, we will check with your veterinarian to ensure that they receive appropriate care. We can also recommend a veterinarian if you are a new pet owner. If you rent, we need confirmation from your landlord that pets are allowed in your home. While we don't do same-day adoptions, you should hear from one of our adoption volunteers within 72 hours. When your application is approved, we will schedule a pick-up time for your new kitty! We always love to see photos of our SBAR kitties in their new homes! You can send photos to our email or our Facebook page.
