Salt's Story

Salt is so sweet and She loves human interaction but can not be adopted out without Rhino who she is bonded with. We tried adopting her out with out him and she became very stressed and was aggressive. She has lived her life with many cats and does not do well alone. She has seen dogs but not interacted with them. She has all her shots and is microchipped

Kim's Nurturing Nest Animal Sanctuary's Adoption Policy

We have adoption events at Pet food express monthly. People can meet the animals and if interested they can fill out an adoption form, pay an adoption fee and gather all supplies suitable to care for the animal. Also, if an inquiry comes in via email and those are evaluated. If suitable, they are invited to come meet the animal. If there seems like a good match an adoption form is filled out and adoption fee paid. Education is given on appropiate housing, food and mental stimulation required for that particular animal.
