Sally is a little shy kitten who was initially supposed to be trapped, neutered, and returned to her colony, but her sweet disposition made her a good candidate for adoption. Applicants fill out an online application through Petstablished. THose applications are processed, vet cheks are performed, references checked, and virtual home visits take place. Once the applicant is approved, if the cat or kitten is available, once it is fully vetted, it is placed in the adopter's home.
