Saïd (bonded with Malika)

Saïd and Malika have spent their whole lives indoors and recently made their way to AVA from northern Ontario in search of their forever homes. <br/><br/>Saïd is a striking blue/grey kitty with a gentle and mellow personality. Saïd tends to be shy but has gained confidence in his foster home and interacting with the volunteers in the store. He eats both tube treats and crunchy treats from human fingers and this will be one way to win him over. When stroked around his ears, Saïd purrs very quietly! <br/><br/>Saïd shares a deep bond with his sister Malika, and so they must be adopted together. They would benefit in a quiet home with a family who will let them adjust at their own pace. Please note that fees may apply for additional required vaccinations (at $75 per booster) due prior to adoption. Total adoption fees will be confirmed by the AVA Adoption Coordinator.<br/><br/>All AVA kittens 12 months or younger must be adopted in pairs or go to a home with another young cat (3 years or younger). Kittens learn from each other how to behave, which helps them turn into well-adjusted adult cats. In general, paired cats have happier and healthier lives because they have a constant companion and playmate. Plus, it's twice the fun for you, and half the work!
