Sagittarius

Sagittarius was apart of a group of cats found as strays in a cat colony near the Cahokia Mounds in STL. One of the adult cats, Aquarius, came to Country Acres Rescue pregnant. Sagittarius was one of Aquarius' six kittens born at CAR. A sweet couple who lived in the area helped feed and care for these cats daily. It was their mission to try and scope out the docile, friendly cats who were highly adoptable and then find placement at a no-kill rescue. The couple was able to humanely trap 8 cats/kittens in total, which quickly turned into 12 cats once Aquarius gave birth at CAR. Sagittarius has been handled by staff and volunteers since day one, she is very sociable and loving.
