Sage's Story

Sage is a petite little girl who will show her affection with headbutts and turn into a shoulder parrot when given the opportunity. She is playful and cuddly and happy. She is not a fan of taking medicine when she's feeling icky (but who is??) or getting her nails cut, but if you wrap her in a blanket and are gentle with her, she's easy peasy. She has been fine around her foster mom's large dog and other cats. Unknown about small children. Sage has spent a lot of time with her kitten companion, John, and it would be great if they could be adopted together. Both of them are on a special diets due to sensitive tummies: No wet food. No lickable cat treat. Sensitive stomach dry food only. Currently on purina pro sensitive skin and stomach. Adoption fee is $150. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed and kept up to date on flea prevention. Our adopters are screened by completing an application and a phone (or in person) interview. Before completing the adoption, they must agree to keep the cat(s) indoors and to not declaw. An adoption agreement is signed and the adoption is finalized.
