Meet Sadie Mae: Soft, Sweet, and Slightly Mysterious<br/><br/>Sadie Mae is a 5-year-old calico who made her way from Florida to New Jersey and is now looking for a forever home with better perks—mainly unlimited pets and a cozy place to relax (preferably something she can sit on and judge from slightly above eye level).<br/><br/>Her coat is unbelievably soft (seriously, you’ve been warned), and she absolutely loves being pet and brushed. Once she trusts you, she leans right into the affection like, “yes, this is correct, please continue indefinitely.” She’s also a 3x champion of the Tri-State Feline Spelling Invitational, a very prestigious (and extremely exclusive) competition. Please don’t ask her to spell anything on the spot though—she’s busy and no longer competes for free.<br/><br/>Sadie currently lives with large dogs and other cats and does just fine, but she’s a shy girl who prefers to hang out on top of her cat tree in her little tent, quietly observing everything like the gentle introvert she is… or like a tiny, fluffy surveillance system. Her ideal home would be one where she can be the center of attention, but she could also live peacefully with a calm cat or friendly dog who respects her personal brand of “soft but selective.”<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a low-key, loving companion with a soft coat, an even softer heart, and championship-level charm, Sadie Mae is your girl. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped.
