Rusty's Story

Orange Cat Energy: I Yell, I Nap, I Follow Dad Everywhere, Repeat! Yep, you guessed it, I'm Rusty a 2yr old velcro cat full of PURRsonality who is deeply affectionate, mildly dramatic and convinced my voice must be heard by all. My foster dad really stepped up when my momma recently passed away and has shown me that love still exists. I would love a cat buddy or two. Remember Sophie? Yeah, I'm her little brother. If you wanted to adopt us both, I would not be mad about it. Just saying. Dogs probably won't bug me if they are cool. Kids and humans, bring it on - love them! My favorite hobby? Timing my nightly appearances perfectly. The SECOND you finally sit down to watch TV and relax... BOOM there I am. I casually stroll over, gently nudge your hand like, "Excuse me, human, you forgot your nightly petting duties." If you are too slow? I'll wait but eventually saunter off to either pout or figure out what to do with myself. Afterall I have a very busy schedule. Much to do. Many rooms to sniff, towers to climb, toys to chase. Now... about my 2-4 AM vocal rehearsals. Some cats zoom. Some cats sleep. I, personally, practice opera. Loudly. Passionately. With range. The acoustics are better at night and I must keep my pipes in purr-fect condition. You're welcome. This is called communication. Please respect the art. I must know that you recognize I'm alive. Just invite me in the room at night and I'll settle... onto your pillow, you know, whisker to cheek! Overall, I'm a chill, affectionate old soul who enjoys cozy naps, casual affection and karaoke - purrfect! You've found match.
