Meet Rusty

Rusty arrived at the SPCA as a stray cat in early December, 2023. He has tested positive for FIV. He was an outdoor cat who was neutered through our TNVR program. He is slowly learning how to interact with humans. Fortunately Rusty is treat motivated! Rusty would do best in a quieter home preferably with another FIV+ cat.
