Rusty's Story

Meet Rusty

Rusty is a one-year-old sweetheart who’s had a tough start in life but is ready for the comfort of a real home. After spending time on the streets, he’s still a little timid, yet incredibly gentle and loving.

He adores curling up in his cozy cat cave and gives the sweetest, thankful eye kisses when he’s fed — his quiet way of saying “thank you.”

Rusty is FIV+ (feline immunodeficiency virus positive), but with good care and an indoor lifestyle, he can live a long, happy, healthy life. What he truly needs is a calm, loving home with a patient person who will give him the time, safety, and affection he’s never known before.

Rusty may be shy at first, but once he trusts you, he’ll fill your heart with gratitude and love every single day. We would love for Rusty to be adopted with his good pal Carlton on here!
