Rusty's Story
Meet Rusty.
Rusty is a more independent, semi-social kitty who is still learning what it means to feel safe around people. He isn't comfortable with handling and will choose to keep his distance, but he is not aggressive. He simply prefers space over interaction.

He may hide in new environments and isn't seeking out human attention at this time, but with patience and a calm, predictable home, he may slowly begin to build trust.

Rusty would do best in a quiet setting with someone who understands and respects cats that aren't traditionally social.

While in our care he has shown a lot of interest with the kittens. He may need a younger buddy to interact with to help him come out of his shell completely.
