Rusty (3-Legs)

Rusty is a 2 year old boy who was rescued by our friends with SCRATCH. He initially suffered a fractured pelvis that caused nerve damage and eventually required the amputation of his back right leg. He was fostered until he was fully healed. Adjusting from life outdoors while injured to indoor living and extensive medical care was a big change for him, but he has come a long way. <br/><br/>Now at PPC, Rutsy is once again settling into new a new indoor space. He is very cautious and shy of new people, but continues to love a Churu treat and will willinly take the gift from our staff. He even comes out to show us his playful side, now, which is super cool to see! He is a sweet boy who will thrive with a patient adopter willing to give him the time and space he needs to feel safe and comfortable.
