Hi there! I’m Rufus — a bright orange-and-white little gentleman with a big heart and just a touch of shyness to keep things mysterious. I started life in a kitty colony, but fate (and a wonderful trapper named Jodi) had other plans. I was *this close* to a TNR adventure when my foster mom committed a very serious crime: she stole me from my trap and took me home. Honestly? Best kidnapping ever. That’s where I discovered toys, soft beds, and that humans are actually pretty great once you give them a chance. Now that I’ve mastered the fine arts of playing, trusting, and being ridiculously adorable, I’m ready for my forever home. I may take a little time to warm up, but once I do, you’ll see my sweet, silly side shine through. I promise to bring gentle purrs, quiet laughs, and a whole lot of love into your life.
