Meet Rufus

I am Rufus, I am a 3 yr old young gentleman. I share a space with the cuddle gals because I too like to cuddle and give massages, however, I am not one of the gals. I like to join in with the girls to give nice calf rubs as you walk into the room and I am also are ever so happy if you may have some treats you would like to share while here visiting. I am a very lovable boy, I still like to act like a kitten at times but I do still love a good sunbathing on nice days. If you are looking for a sweet loving male cat, I would be more than happy to welcome you to room 5 where you will be treated like royalty. Fill out your application, an adoption coordinator will call you to set up a meet/greet and come see what a great group we have here.

Once you submit an application online, it will be reviewed and our adoption coordinator will be in contact with you. This may take a couple days, especially with puppies, we tend to get more applications on puppies to sort through, so please be patient. Successful adoptions and placement of our animals is taken very seriously here at CCHS so, not every application will be approved.. We must make certain that each animal is placed in a home that best suits the needs of the animal and the needs of the family and home where the animal is being placed. As always, if you have another dog in the home, we do REQUIRE a meet and greet prior to final decisions being made by all parties involved. This has proven to be best for the animal and the potential adopters in attempts to prevent issues once getting your new pet into their fur-ever homes, as much as we love each and every one of them, we don’t want them to get returned.

Our animals come up to date on vaccines, microchipped and spayed/neutered, however, we always recommend taking any new pet to your primary veterinarian for a well check to get them established for routine care.

Please feel free to fill out your inquiry/application through the link provided in this ad or visit our website at and fill out the pre-adoption form there.
