My name is Ruby. I'm a sweet, two-year-old girl who is 10 lbs. and loves to play and nap. Since I am pretty young, I still like to play like a kitten. I would really like a kitty friend to play with and enjoy being near my human, just not getting picked up, since I am just a bit timid. <br/>She's timid with new people but gets along well with other cats and actually needs a cat companion to show her who is safe. As soon as she sees other cats getting attention, see comes running up. Her personality seemed to change after her last Vet appointment. I've had her since she was a kitten. She loves pets and head scratches and will lay next to you but doesn't really like being picked up.<br/>She's very bonded with my old cat, Tom. They seem to be together quite often. So if you have a neutered male and promise to keep her indoors, she would be happy. She could do well with a female too. Doesn't seem to like dogs but if she has a safe space away from them, it's not a problem. A quiet home without young children would be best because of her shyness. The Little Red Dog's Adoption Policy

All of our dogs come fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered. If the puppy is too young to have all of his or her shots, we will give you a voucher for our vet. We ask for a $400 donation for adult dogs and $500 for puppies and purebreds at the time of adoption so we can save more lives.
