Ross (BONDED PAIR)'s Story

The One with the Adorable Kittens (and Their Mom!)

If you've ever wished you could live inside an episode of Friends, this duo/trio might be the next best thing. Meet Joey and Ross, two 5-month-old brothers who are ready to bring laughter, love, and a little kitten chaos into their forever home.

Joey is a handsome brown tabby with white accents and a personality that screams “How you doin'?” He's the brave explorer of the duo. Whether it's a new toy, a new room, or the top of the cage, Joey is always the first one investigating. If there's something happening nearby, you can bet Joey has already climbed up for the best view.

Ross, a stunning grey tabby with a gorgeous swirled coat, balances Joey's curiosity with a softer side. Ross is the cuddler of the pair. After a good play session with just about any toy you toss their way, he'll happily crawl into your lap and drift off into a cozy nap.

Both boys are super affectionate, playful, and love people. They are a bonded pair, which means they need to be adopted together so their brotherly adventures can continue.

And then... there's their sweet mama. Phoebe (about a year and a half old) looks a lot like Joey, but with one extra adorable feature: a little brown spot on her nose that makes her instantly recognizable. Like her son Ross, Phoebe is a professional lap cuddler who loves soaking up affection from her people. She's been a wonderful mom to her boys, and while it might be a bit of wishful thinking, we would be absolutely thrilled to see a family open their hearts to all three of them. Mom's adoption fee would be reduced by $100 if she is adopted with Ross and Joey.

So if you're ready for a home filled with playful kitten antics, warm lap cuddles, and a duo(or trio) that would make Central Perk proud, Joey, Ross, and Phoebe are waiting to meet you.

Joey and Ross must be adopted together. Phoebe can be adopted with her kittens or to a home with another young cat. Could this be your next family?

Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption).

All of our pets go home with a "Go Home Goody Bag" that includes a starter supply of food, treats, toys, and a voucher for a free month of pet insurance from Trupanion.

Location: Bolton, CT
Adoption Fee: $600 for the pair

Paws 4 Life Animal Rescue, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
ADOPTION PROCESS Our goal is to match the right pet with the right adopter. This means we approach each adoption opportunity in a unique way. One of our adoption specialists will meet (in person, or by phone) with you to learn about your "ideal pet." We take into consideration lifestyle, family dynamic, desired personality traits and an adopter's overall objective in bringing a new pet into their home and make recommendations on which of our pets may be a good fit. ADOPTION SUPPORT We understand that bringing a new pet into your home can be a little stressful. It can take time for a new animal to settle in, and you may have questions about behavior or routine. When we adopt out a pet to a new home, we are available to answer any questions that come up - and to support the new adopter with any special needs they may have related to in-home adjustment. Because our pets are fostered in private homes, we can let you know what's normal, what's not and how to address any initial challenges you may have. FEES Adoption fees vary by animal, and take into consideration age, breed and other characteristics. We strive to keep adoption fees reasonable and many of our animals receive veterinary care at costs that far exceed the adoption fee. Adoption fees are listed on each animal's description. WHAT'S INCLUDED All of our adoptable animals receive age-appropriate vaccines, are spayed/neutered (at age-appropriate time), have a microchip and are tested for species-specific diseases. They also go home with a certificate for one month of FREE pet insurance through Trupanion.
