Rosita's Story

DOB: 05/05/2023, Date in rescue: 07/05/2023<br/><br/>Rosita was born in a managed colony to a community cat. Initially shy and uncomfortable around humans, through her foster family she has become a very confident and loving young lady. Although officially no longer a kitten, she is just as playful and active. She gets along well with all the other animals in her foster home. Rosita is the last of the Sesame Street gang to be adopted. Wouldn't you agree it's definitely her time? <br/><br/>Rosita tested negative for both feline leukemia and FIV.

Dos Rios Resque's Adoption Policy

All of our cats and kittens are fostered in private residences. Once an applicant is approved to adopt, we can schedule a meet & greet. Applicants must be of age to sign a legal contract. A home visit may be required as part of the application process.

We provide a safe and comfortable place for animals in transition to decompress and recuperate if necessary before going on to their furever home. We are registered as a 501(c)(3) organization with the IRS and as a Charitable Organization with the State of Tennessee, CO41159.
