Rosie's Story

My name is Rosie! I'm a big girl with an even bigger heart. I'm three years old and weigh 10 pounds. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a fair bit shy! It can take time for me to open myself up to new people, but like a rose in bloom, I thrive under loving and attentive care. I would be so happy to go to a home where I can come out of my shell at my own pace. I am fully spayed and up-to-date on all of my shots, and the fee to bring me home is only $100.00. Please consider adopting me and giving me a loving home.

Mendocino Coast Humane Society's Adoption Policy
Through our Adoptions Program, we offer a variety of wonderful animals who are deserving of a loving, responsible home.  Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, de-worming, flea treatment, as well as heartworm, feline leukemia and FIV testing.  In addition to being open Monday through Saturday, we also extend our adoption programs reach with our Mobile Pet Adoptions van, which enables us to go into our community with adoptable animals in Mendocino as well as Fort Bragg.  We also feature an adoptable animal weekly on Skunk Radio and in local newspapers. We want you! MCHS is always looking for volunteers. We need people to train dogs, take them out for walks, and to hang out with the cats in our Kitty Cottage. To find out more email us at info@mendocinohumane.org or call us at 964-SPAY.  Website: mendocinohumane.org We are located at 19691 Summers Lane, Fort Bragg, Ca.
