Rosie's Story

Meet Rosie

Rosie is a couch potato who’s looking to sit next to you all day. She’s perfect for someone who works from home or is retired. Rosie loves to have a conversation. She’ll meow to you and wait for a response. Usually she’s saying please come pet me!

Rosie likes to sleep or lay next to her foster mom. She’s affectionate and a total mush. She loves to be pet between her ears, on the back of her neck, and cheek scratches too!

Rosie is blind in one eye, but that doesn’t stop her. She has great dexterity and loves to watch tv especially Bravo, cartoons, and bird documentaries.

Before she was rescued, Rosie used to live on an abandoned bus with 60+ other cats. Rosie would be happy to be a single cat with all of your attention. Rosie would do well in a home full of adults or maybe with some older children.

Like a lot of cats, Rosie takes a minute to warm up to new people but once she does....its a relationship for life

If you'd like to know more about Rosie or meet her, contact julie@upcatrescue.org or text/call (332) 203-6749
