Rose's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.**Rose is currently in the care of one of our trusted fosters. We really believe she could be an amazing cat for an understanding and patient adopter/family. Her current foster home offers a quiet and loving place for Rose (and another one of her former housemates-Cleo) a soft place to land while she absorbs her new world.** We will update her information as our foster family learns more about her** UPDATE: As you can see from the two pictures Rose is making progress with the help of her foster. The newest picture shows a much more confident cat, learning how wonderful life can be in a home. She is starting to ask for attention and is out with her foster family more and more each day. She definitely prefers a more quiet relaxed home but with that you will have a trusted forever companion in Rose!

Rose is just a sweet girl who never expected to end up anywhere but in her home. She was brought to us with a number of other cats after their person passed away. Rose is understandably scared and confused in a shelter full of cats instead of in her home. Even though scared, Rose has never hissed or been aggressive in any way. She does enjoy human attention and will sit with her head and ears down while you pet her, you can even hear a quiet purr if you do it long enough. Rose will require patience and love while she figures out her new world, but those are the cats that end up changing your world as much as you changed theirs. Do you have the right home to give this girl a second chance?

Complete an app to come and check him out! All of our kitties have s/n completed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. If you'd like to meet her or any of our great cats/kittens please submit an online adoption application at littleorphans.org. Please give our Adoption Team time to process all the info. The more complete your application is, determines how quickly we are able to process your application. Please try to give your vets office (give prior authorization to release information to us), landlord, and references a heads up to expect our call.
