Rory and Aurie's Story

Bonded brothers Aurie and Rory, born 10/25.
Aurie was named after an Italian great grandfather, and he fits the bill most of the time. He is very kind and gives lots of lovey eyes. He is bonded with his brother, Rory. He purrs almost instantly. He can be shy and skittish, and would do best in a quiet, adult-only house. He strongly requests fresh grass every morning. His best bud is his brother – it can be hard to tell them apart, but Aurie has a more angular face and a black area along his back. He is also the heftier of the two – by a lot! Like his brother, Rory, Aurie is a very happy inside cat as long as there is an open, screened window to lay in and observe from. He and his brother like to play, and need plenty of room to stretch their legs and zoom about. Aurie’s favorite toy is a little blue mouse that he can throw up in the air and catch himself! He will be a very loving member of your family!

Rory has the brains (and looks) in the family, and he knows it! He is very smart and curious, and more outgoing than his brother – he is the kind of cat that you can see the “wheels turning” when he is learning or watching something new. He is bonded with his brother, Aurie. Rory loves his after-breakfast nap, and will curl up like a baby, but once he has rested a bit, he will be your all-day buddy. He likes to follow humans around and keep an eye on them. He and his brother like to play, and need plenty of room to stretch their legs and zoom about. But unlike his brother, he’s not that into fresh grass every day. He does love to snuggle with his brother though. Rory is a very happy inside cat as long as there is an open, screened window to lay in and observe from, especially if it gets some sun during the day. He likes a lot of human attention, and will be a loving and engaging addition to your family!

If you are interested in these beauties or any of our other angels, you can complete an adoption application online at:

https://www.kittenangels.org/adopt

Please indicate on the adoption application that you are interested in Aurie and Rory fostered by Sarah M.

Please note, fosters do get final approval for any adoption as they are most familiar with the personalities of their foster kittens and cats.

Kitten Angels is a non profit, volunteer organization. We rely solely on fostering, volunteers, donations, and adoption fees. An adoption fee of $350 ($175.00 per cat/kitten) must be paid at the time of adoption by either cash or check.
