Rory's Story

Rory ended up at our rescue after his previous owner dumped him in our yard. He sat in the corner and meowed until we heard him. (We named him Rory because of that loud little roar that got our attention). He wasn't afraid of us at all. Rory is very friendly and LOVES people. The moment you pick him up, he starts purring.

Rory has been around our other animals and is getting used to our small dogs but he does not like big dogs. He plays with the other kittens but really prefers people more than anything. He could definitely be fine as the only pet.

Like all kittens, Rory loves to play. He enjoys crinkle balls, tunnels and climbing cat trees. He is great at entertaining himself.

Rory appears to be a solid black kitten but, in the sun, he actually has a very unique reddish hue to his coat and dark spots on his back. He has a few strands of white on his chest and randomly throughout his back.

Rory is litter box trained. He has been vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and neutered. He is FeLV/FIV negative. We estimate Rory was born mid July.

If you're interested in adopting Rory, please submit an application on our website at www.dominoeffectanimalrescue.org
