Roo & Eloise's Story

Meet Roo & Eloise, a bonded pair of sisters! These two came in off the streets at around 10 weeks old, now they are almost a year old.

These two are inseparable so they are looking for an indoor only home together. Both are spayed, have 5-way cat combo vaccines & rabies vaccine. They are litter box trained. They love to nap together & play. Roo is very talkative once you have gained her trust. They both love to be petted, but Roo can never get enough pets! Both have lived with other cats & dogs and do well. They don't mind dogs that don't chase them. Eloise takes longer to warm up to new cats, but eventually becomes friends with them. Roo has a bolder personality but gets along well with other male cats, she tolerates the females. They both can be shy of new people but both are very sweet cats waiting on someone to give them a chance in the perfect home. They would do well in a quieter home with someone who has patience to gain their trust.

Both kitties do require a little maintenance at the vet a few times a year for different issues. Roo has one eye that is a little squinty from a previous eye infection that wasn't treated in time. She has a small same-day procedure done a couple times a year. She gets a steroid shot by the eye to stop it from constantly running. Eloise has developed asthma and has to get a steroid shot a few times a year to prevent coughing/wheezing, hers is just a quick office visit.

If you're interested in adopting this duo please email the rescue at makksstreetcatrescue@gmail.com!
