Roo's Story

Hi there! my name is Roo. I can be shy at first but once I warm up, I am the biggest snuggler. As you can see, I'm a chunky kitty. I love to eat, sleep, and cuddle. I love to be tucked in with a blanket when i snuggle up next to you in bed. I've been waiting a long time and I really just want to find my forever home. I'm fully vetted and I am super healthy. My foster mom tells me I'm FIV positive. It sounds scary but she says it's not as bad as it sounds. It just means I have a weak immune system, but I can live a long healthy life just like any other cat. She says I probably got it from being beat up by another kitty when I was a stray. FIV is not contagious to humans or other species of animals and it can only be transmitted through deep bite wounds to other cats. My ideal home would be me being a solo cat or with other FIV kitties. I need a home that would make sure I get my regular vet visits, stress free environment, and lots of loves. I've been around other animals and kids and don't mind them. Lots of loves until we meet!
