Roo's Story

Meet Roo 💛

Roo is the sweetest, most tender-hearted boy. Despite everything he’s been through in recent weeks, his purr is loud and constant, and his biscuit-making skills are strong.

This young guy is recovering beautifully after having his rear right leg amputated, likely due to being hit by a car while living as a stray. He has been an exceptional patient throughout his recovery and continues to impress everyone with his resilience.

Roo loves to cuddle up close with his trusted people and is incredibly gentle and affectionate. He truly wants to make friends with other animals—big dogs and adult cats alike. He’s quick to say hello, and even if another pet is a little “spicy,” Roo never hisses or growls back.

Because he’s naturally a bit timid and passive, Roo would thrive best in a calm, quiet home where he can feel safe and secure. As he continues to heal and gain confidence, his playful kitten side is starting to shine through, and he’s sure to become a fun, loving companion.

Roo is ready for a peaceful forever home where he can be cherished for the special boy he is. 🐾

Please head to our website to fill out an application prior to setting up a meet.
