Romeo's Story

Meet Romeo!

This handsome 10-week-old VERY short-haired boy may be small, but he’s got the loudest purr you’ve ever heard. Found as a tiny singleton bottle baby at just 3 weeks old, Romeo has grown into the sweetest, snuggliest little shadow who loves nothing more than being right by your side.

When he’s not curled up on your lap, he’s busy showing off his signature move: making biscuits—on blankets, beds, you, and anything else he can get his paws on. He’s affectionate, people-oriented, and happiest when he’s close to his humans and Purrfect.

Romeo is also bonded to his best friend Purrfect, and the two of them are looking for a forever home together, if possible. They play, nap, and explore as a team, and would make the perfect pair for anyone wanting a loving duo.

If you’re looking for a cuddly companion with a big heart (and an even bigger purr), Romeo is your man and is ready to fill your home with warmth, joy, and nonstop biscuit-making.

When we receive a notice of interest in one of our cats or kittens, we send the individual our Cat Adoption Application. When we receive the completed application, we perform a background check on the potential adopter and contact their vet to ensure their current animals are up to date on their vaccines. We contact the references listed on the application. We also check a DFW Do Not Adopt Private Group, a Facebook page that many local rescues use to report undesirable fosters and adopters. We inform the potential adopter of the adoption fee and all of the services we provide to the cat or kitten that are covered by the adoption fee.
