I received a call from one of my rescue friends last week to help a kitten who was brutally hit in the head with what appeared to be a stick. A witness saw Romeo getting struck in the head and then thrown across the street, but unfortunately, they didn't get the license plate number. I waited to post, hoping someone's ring camera caught the heart-wrenching incident, but sadly, it wasn't. After a week of medication, his eye has miraculously healed, and the bruising has vanished. Despite being subjected to human cruelty, Romeo's heart remains full of love, and he adores everyone he meets. He thrives on affection and reciprocates with kisses. Currently, he is stuck in my bathroom because I have sick cats in my house and I don't want Romeo to get sick, so he has to stay in there. He cries every time I leave the room and breaks my heart. With his physical wounds healed, Romeo's heartfelt desire is to share love, companionship, and joy with a devoted family.
