Meet Romeo. Romeo was originally found as a stray. The finger's cats weren't accepting Romeo so he was surrendered to a rural shelter in northwest Minnesota. <br/> Romeo is estimated to be 3 years old, he has been vaccinated, neutered, declawed (he was declawed when found), microchipped. He has been tested for felv/fiv and tested positive twice. Don't let fiv positive status scare you. Fiv is an immune compromised disease and fiv positive cats can live a long healthy life. It is not feline leukemia, which does impact a cat's quality of life. <br/> Romeo is an affectionate, playful boy. Definitely a cuddle. He has a loud meow and loves sitting by a window with birds for entertainment. <br/> Cause for Paws is an all volunteer cat rescue organization. We do not have a facility but rather the cats are fostered in the homes of volunteers.
