Roman's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Roman!

The Empire Kittens: Roman and his siblings, British (Brit), Bysantine (Bizzy), & Ottoman (Otto), were found as very little kittens when a feral mom kitty brought them to a backyard. The finder took good care of them, gave them lots of attention, then when they were ready she contacted us to see if we could help find them homes.

The entire group are super friendly, love to be petted and held by the humans in their foster homes, and equally love to play with toys and each other.

Roman is the littlest of the group but has as much love and spunk as his littermates. He loves to snuggle and purr, wrestle with his siblings, and gives them the best kitten kisses.

MEDICAL NOTE: When Roman came to CCR we noticed immediately that he had an issue with his right eye. He has seen our veterinarian a few times and it was determined that he had an existing abrasion on the cornea, which could account for the cloudiness & extended "third eyelid." After several weeks of treatment we have not seen any improvement in the appearance of his eye, however at this time he does still have use of the eye.

Roman will need ongoing veterinary monitoring for his eye condition. We will send his adoptive family home with eye ointment to continue his current treatment, however you will need to establish him with your family vet ASAP to transfer care.

_____________________________________________________________

If you'd like to meet Roman or any of our adoptable kitties, please submit an application today.
