Roe is a shy and sensitive cat who has made impressive progress in her foster home. Despite needing extra time and space to adjust, she eventually becomes exceptionally physically affectionate! She is very much a lap cat, and will jump up to snuggle you even before you have a chance to sit down.<br/><br/>Roe is hesitant when approached, but never lashes out. She simply needs a gentle, compassionate adopter who can look past her fear and see the sweet soul underneath.
