Rocky was roaming in an inner city (very dangerous) location when he was 'trapped' by mistake during a feline rescue. It was decided to take Rocky in because he was terribly injured as we peered into the trap trying to figure out who this 'stranger' cat was. Turns out he truly was a stray, very thin, dry coat, busted up face so we cleaned him up, had him neutered and tested and the rest is history.<br/>He is super sweet and very bonded with his foster mom. He has a huge appetite and is making up for lost time when it comes to consuming high quality wet cat food! He truly is a super love, loves to be pet and wants to be with his 'people' all the time. He is active and playful and needs to be in a home with 'space'. This sweetheart must be an inside only cat as we learned that although he was 'outside' roaming, he didn't fare very well at protecting himself when we initially found him.<br/>He's OK with another cat as long as its female and non-aggressive. He has not been tested with dogs. He uses a scratching post!<br/><br/>He is neutered, vaccinated, tested negative fiv/felv, de-wormed, no fleas.<br/><br/>Our APPLICATION is a phone conversation with the foster mom, so before calling please be:<br/><br/>-Over the age of 25 and reside in a house or condo you own.<br/>-Be employed full time, part time or retired and please be able to afford the cost of a pet. <br/>-Renters must provide paper documents from their landlord showing they can own cats before an appointment is set up to meet our felines.<br/><br/>***NOTE: we adopt to INDOOR, NON-SMOKING homes only***<br/><br/>IMPORTANT: when calling and leaving a message please advise the best time to call you back, thank you!
