Roberto Porta's Story

Hi my name is Roberto! I am a very sweet, playful, and affectionate orange tabby boy born September 24th, 2025. People think I look like an orange tiger with my cool, orange stripes. But my foster mom says I'm way too sweet and gentle to be called a tiger. I love playing all day with my foster brother, Hansel. We just met last week but became instant friends. I like to hide around the corner, wiggle my butt, then POUNCE on him. Between pounces, I like to check in with my foster mom. After some cuddles, purrs, face rubs, and head boops, we're back to wrestling and exploring. I've met the resident cat through the gate and think I'd love to play with him. haven't officially met the resident dog but I think we'd get along. I think I'd be happiest in a home with another furry playmate. I also love to chase the toy springs around our room but my favorite toy is the feather wand. I'm also always looking for a new and interesting thing to climb. I can't wait to find my furever home where I can keep playing, cuddling, and sharing my love with my new family.

Colorado Feline Foster Rescue's Adoption Policy

CFFR is an all-foster-based feline rescue, and that means all of our kittens and cats are safe and warm in foster homes at all times. If you see a kitten or cat you are interested in, submit an online adoption application by copying and pasting this link: https://www.coloradofelinefosterrescue.org/applications-availability, into your browser, then clicking the "APPLY NOW" button. (You may also apply to pre-qualify to adopt while you're waiting to find your purrfect companion.) Once your application is received, an adoption counselor will reach out to you to discuss your application either by phone, email or text. When your application is approved, the foster parent of the kitten or cat you are interested in will reach out to you to set up a virtual or in-person visit. If after that meeting, you and the foster parent agree it's a match, the foster parent will let us know, and you will pay your adoption fee online and schedule a time to pick up your new family member (or members!). Paperwork is completed via email. If you have a question at any time during the adoption process, feel free to email us at info@coloradofelinefosterrescue.org. Our adoption fees can be found on our website, www.coloradofelinefosterrescue.org All kittens/cats are vaccinated, dewormed, neutered/spayed and microchipped prior to adoption.
