Rizzo's Story
Meet Rizzo

Rizzo is the kind of cat who makes herself at home in your heart, on your desk, in front of your computer screen, and pretty much anywhere else she can get your attention.

Just one year old, Rizzo has been with Kitty CrusAIDe since she was only a few days old. She is also an FIP survivor, and she is ready for the forever home she has been waiting for.

Rizzo is silly, affectionate, chatty, and so much fun. She immediately loves new people and gives the best little hugs. She occasionally adds an adorable blep to her repertoire, and she has absolutely no shame about talking to her toys. Spring toys and little pom-poms are some of her favorites, and she will happily bat them around the floor while carrying on a full conversation.

And if you want a playmate, Rizzo is your girl. She will chase a laser pointer until she is panting, is currently learning to climb the carpet wall in her foster home, and loves watching cat games on YouTube. She is also an excellent coworker who thinks the best place to work is directly in front of her foster mom’s screens so she can supervise the mouse movements.

Rizzo really loves having feline friends, especially male cats. She would be happiest in a home with a confident, playful cat buddy who will actually play with her and keep her company. She previously lived successfully with kids and dogs, although it has been a little while, so she would need slow, thoughtful introductions to any new canine or young human roommates.

Rizzo does take one low-cost medication once a day for urinary incontinence. As long as she gets her medication every day, her incontinence is not an issue. Thankfully, Rizzo takes oral medication like an absolute champ.

She could do well in a busy household as long as her people make time for plenty of affection, attention, and playtime. She wants to be part of the action, and she wants to be loved.

If you are looking for a goofy, affectionate, talkative little shadow who will keep you entertained, supervise your work, play until she is exhausted, and give you plenty of love, Rizzo may be your girl.

Rizzo has been waiting for her forever family since she was a tiny baby. We would really love for her next chapter to be the one where she finally gets to stay.

*Please note that most of our kitties will only be adopted out in pairs or to a home with an existing cat or furry companion--dependent upon what is best for them.

If you are interested in adopting Rizzo, you can find our Adoption Application and more information about our adoption process at http://www.kittycrusaide.org/adopt
