My name is RIVER, and I'm a striking white and black tuxedo. I was found on a rainy night at just 3 weeks old, hiding under a backyard shed with my brother, Alfie. My journey has been quite different from his, but I've come a long way since then. I am very shy/skittish and reserved at first, but I'm learning to tolerate gentle pets and rubs. I'm still a little cautious of loud noises and quick movements.<br/><br/>My favorite thing to do is to look out the window and check out what's going on out there. Playtime is something I enjoy very much. My favorite toy is a hair tie, and I love collecting them! With patience and love, I'll warm up and become a cherished companion.
