River

River's Story<br/><br/>River loves being held and is the first kitten to come up to his foster mom every morning:')<br/><br/>Since River was a little nugget, he was the brave ambassador for his litter. He was the first to start purring when his foster mom pet them which then triggered an eruption of purrs from Robin, Rose, and Toad as well.<br/><br/>When his foster mom first found them outside in the wild, they were in a small meadow-like area downtown, all cuddled on a flat rock kept warm by a beam of sunlight breaking through tree foliage. And when their foster mom approached, they ran away faster than anything she's ever seen before (which was comically fast for how small their legs were.)<br/><br/>But now River follows his foster mom for pets and loves head kisses now and will cuddle up in his foster mom's lap :')<br/><br/>River, Robin, Rose, and Toad all love cuddling and playing together (and with the other foster babies in the room). They all have strong purrs and are really soft but in different ways.<br/><br/>River's a boy but always gives off girl energy, so he's fine with she/her pronouns as well:).<br/><br/>All cats and kittens adopted through Rescue Connect are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on FVRCP vaccinations and rabies shots (if old enough). <br/>See our adoption process below:<br/>Applicants must be 21 years old<br/>1) Fill out the adoption application at https://rescueconnectnc.com/adopt/application<br/>2) Meet with the cat in their foster home<br/>3) If you and the cat are a match then we will set a delivery date which includes a home visit
