Meet Harley and River!<br/><br/>Harley (white and brown) is a friendly, handsome 3 year old male. Harley was rescued from an outdoor cat colony in a Dairy Queen parking lot. This outgoing guy has a huge heart and is always happy to see you! He loves all the scratches, would do anything for a treat, and likes to chirp to show his love. <br/><br/>Harley is still learning to feel comfortable being picked up, but with patience and gentle handling, he’ll continue to grow more confident every day.<br/><br/>River (gray) is a sweet and gentle 3-year-old female with a soft, curious nature that makes her a joy to be around. River was rescued from a cat colony on a farm where she had numerous litters, and this mama was ready to retire.<br/><br/>River adores getting scratches and will happily lean in for affection once she feels comfortable. She’s a bit of an observer—her favorite pastime is watching the world from a high perch. While she’s still getting used to being approached on the ground and learning that being picked up can be safe and comforting, she’s been making great progress in her foster home.<br/><br/>Both cats are fixed and vaccinated. Harley has loved every cat he's ever met, while River might take some time to warm up to a cat already in her forever family's home. River and Harley have seen their foster family's dogs through a gate, but they have not openly interacted with any pooches. <br/><br/>Since they are still working on their socialization, they would do best in a home with children old enough to understand a cat's boundaries and handle kitties with care.<br/><br/>Harley and River would thrive with someone patient, kind, and ready to give them the gentle reassurance they need. If you’re looking for two loving companions who will reward your kindness with all the affection, River and Harley might be the perfect match!<br/><br/>Their adoption fee is $375 and covers both cats.
