River's Story

River is a pretty laid back girl. She’s usually following her foster mom's personal boy cat around, as she seems attached to him. She sleeps at the bottom of her foster mom's bed every night and enjoys her pets, (but no taking her 4 paws off the ground! She prefers not being held, she’ll take some attention though.). 🐱 She does great with other cats, kids, adults, noises.

Small Town Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
All potential adopters will be required to fill out an application at the linked URL. Once this application is reviewed and if approved, one of the STCR volunteers will reach out to discuss next steps. We recommend all potential adopters do a meet and greet with the potential new pet. A deposit may be requested prior to adoption day and full payment is required prior to taking the cat home. An e-contract will be issued to the adopter to sign prior to finalizing the adoption and a record of that contract provided to the adopter.
