These girls have been in foster for a while, and we would love to see them go to their forever family. Rio has been in foster since she was 8weeks old, May of 2024, nearing 2 years of waiting on her forever family. Kung Foo has been with us for nearly 7months. <br/><br/>Though these girls are shy at first, but once they warm up, they are total love bugs! Both are most active in the evenings, making them perfect for someone who is gone all day at work and who wants to come home for cat snuggles late in the evening. They won't mind one bit that you are gone all day!<br/><br/>A little about each-<br/><br/>Rio- <br/><br/>Have you ever said, "I wish I had my very own house panther" Well, that’s me! I’m that cat! Hi, my name is Rio!<br/><br/>I'm equal parts playful and loving and oh so smart! But I do have a reserved personality at first…you'll have to earn my love and trust. You might spend a couple of weeks admiring me and my silky black coat from afar. But once I approve of you, I will be a very loyal companion, I will have a strong bond to the right human. If you catch me on the right day, I might even talk to you. I have the cutest tiny meow.<br/><br/>Humans aside, I get along wonderfully with other cats, and respectful cat savvy dogs. I am always ready to play and snuggle with the other fosters. I LOVE kitty friends.<br/><br/>I was rescued from a backyard in Butler, as a small kitten but quickly grew to love the indoor life. I've sadly been in foster my entire life and at nearly 2 years old, I'm so ready to finally have a family of my own.<br/><br/>Kung Foo-<br/><br/>Don't let my name fool you, I am one of the most gentle kitties you will ever meet. Not sure I have a mean bone in my body. I'm a lover not a fighter. <br/>I am a little shy at first, but just reach out and pet me and I will melt! I am extremely affectionate, have the cutest meows and love making air biscuits. Showing my tummy for pets is a favorite move of mine!<br/><br/>I was supposed to be a feral kitty, that got fixed and released at my feeder's home. But after my spay surgery, it was found out that I am a super sweet angel and not feral at all! I'm a very loving lady and I'm so grateful to be indoors. <br/><br/>I absolutely LOVE other cats and would be happiest in a home with other kitty friends to get the late night zoomies with!<br/><br/>I think I'd do best in a home with older respectful kids or no kids at all, since I do seem to like my quiet time. Otherwise I'm a pretty laid back gal.<br/><br/>I am about 2 years young.<br/><br/>We would love to be adopted together into a calm, cat centric home. If you already have other kitties, we will quickly become friends with them!<br/><br/>Both of us are spayed, flea treated, dewormed, vaccinated and SNAP tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
