Rio is available for pre-adoption. He has been neutered and will be vaccinated and triple tested as part of his adoption donation. <br/><br/>Rio was saved from the beating heat and streets of deep south Texas. He's a funny guy with a personality larger than life sometimes. He LOVES to play and explore. He has perfect litter box manners, gets along great with all of his foster siblings, is respectful of the adult cats in the house, and ready for his forever home.
