Rio's Story

Rio has "CH" (Cerebellar Hypoplasia.) On a scale from one to ten and ten being the worse. Rio would be 7. She needs patience and love. Somewhere that she can be just a cat in a safe environment. This gorgeous cat is only 2 and a half years old. Rio was surrendered because a baby moved into the house and she couldn't take it. Rio is a sensitive soul, she likes touches on her terms although she enjoys being with people. She lived with a dog but, the staff thinks she would be better off as single pet. She likes baby talk, fluffy blankets and cat food! The shelter has an appointment only policy. We ask potential adopters to fill out our application, prior to a scheduled meeting.
